We are members of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), of the Oregon Real Estate Inspectors Association (OREIA), and of the National Association of Residential Real Estate Professionals (NARREP). We are fully certified, licensed, and bonded in Oregon. We are also licensed by the Oregon Department of Agriculture in structural pest and dry rot inspection.

Residential inspection is our only business. Even though we have the licensing and experience to do contractual work (including pest control), we have elected never to do so. You can be certain that we have no vested interests and that our reports are completely unbiased.

During this "tour" the inspector will provide you with helpful suggestions on the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of your new home.
